You pay nothing until your product is received in your warehouse, inspected and approved. Sourcing: Our teams in America and China blend both cultures and educational backgrounds. We understand the cultural intricacies of doing business in China and have built long-standing relationships with reliable manufacturers. Our Houston project teams include Chinese-born and educated as well as American professionals. Our expertise and ITI’s reputation in the region eliminates the risks and challenges of Asian manufacturing. Our China-based staff finds the right manufacturer with the right capability to make your product within your quality guidelines. Then we negotiate the best price and delivery specifications.

Sampling: Production samples are provided to our customers for testing functionality, design characteristics, chemical content, and compliance with US safety standards. Once the sample is approved by you, our American customer, the manufacturing process begins.

Quality: Using videos narrated in Chinese by our multi-lingual staff, we demonstrate to the factory and our inspectors the critical elements that must be monitored in production. We conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure that each product/component meets the customer’s exact specifications. No product is shipped without our inspection and your approval.

Shipping: ITI determines the most efficient shipping options, depending on the volume. We guide your product or component through the customs maze, all the way to your warehouse, if requested. Most shipments are received within 90 days after final approval of the production sample.
